Director of Activations

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society. Stand Together is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Activations to help lead high-impact initiatives that drive mass participation, cultural engagement, and long-term movement growth around key social issues. This role sits within Stand Together’s Activation capability, which develops consumer-facing campaigns, partnerships, and engagement experiences designed to inspire people to take meaningful action and participate in solutions that strengthen society. The Director of Activations will lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, aligning internal teams, external partners, and activation platforms to deliver measurable impact at scale. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who can translate big ideas into coordinated action, navigate complexity, and drive results across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
