(Junior) Customer Implementation Engineer (m/w/d)

This position involves installing and configuring Telepaxx’s cloud-based software solutions for hospitals and medical practices. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of these services within the company’s cloud environment. You will also contribute to improving operational tools and processes for secure cloud management. Over time, the position aims to develop you into a key technical contact for client IT staff and users of the image data management systems. The work includes participating in root cause analyses and collaborating across departments to refine change and maintenance procedures. Candidates need a completed vocational training or degree in computer science or a related field. Practical experience in managing cloud environments and application services is required, along with a basic understanding of Docker containers and Infrastructure as Code. Strong SQL skills are also necessary for this role. The job demands strong communication abilities and a genuine interest in direct interaction with clients. Applicants must possess very good German skills at a minimum C1 level, as well as good English proficiency. The position is available as a remote role, allowing you to work from any location.
