Instructional Designer, TRM Academy (Compliance)

TRM Labs is seeking an Instructional Designer for its TRM Academy, focusing on compliance education related to cryptocurrency. In this role, you will create and develop courses, certifications, and learning paths aimed at helping financial institutions, regulators, and law enforcement understand crypto risks and compliance principles. Your daily tasks will involve transforming the expertise of TRM's teams into effective training materials, including self-paced courses and live sessions, while ensuring the accuracy of content that government agencies rely on. You will also manage the review process for certification programs, collaborating with subject-matter experts to validate content and update courses as regulations and risks evolve. Familiarity with AI tools will be beneficial, as you will leverage these technologies to enhance course development efficiency.
