QAQC Engineer

Implement and maintain project QA/QC plans, procedures, ITPs, and quality documentation. Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements. Review contractor submissions including method statements, material submittals, ITPs, inspection requests, and test reports. Monitor construction, testing, and commissioning activities and verify compliance with approved procedures and acceptance criteria. Identify and manage NCRs, defects, corrective actions, and punch-list items through closure. Maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCR logs, and project quality documentation. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality issues. Support project handover, close-out documentation, and continuous quality improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction or engineering projects. Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ITPs, inspections, audits, NCRs, and ISO standards. Experience with testing, commissioning, and construction quality documentation. Data Center, Mission Critical, or complex construction project experience is preferred. Knowledge of CSA and MEP works is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills. Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
