Solution Expert

360Learning is seeking a Solution Expert to join their remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will support strategic customers during the RUN phase by serving as a trusted advisor on complex use cases. Your daily responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of clients, analyzing their advanced needs, and translating those requirements into scalable solutions within the 360Learning platform. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive product adoption and deliver customized solutions that extend beyond standard capabilities. The position requires expertise in leading complex integrations, including APIs, flat files, and third-party tools, as well as redesigning platform architecture and conducting solution audits. You will also provide high-level recommendations to enhance business impact and ensure long-term value for clients. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical and functional skills who can navigate the needs of large, autonomous accounts that have already implemented the platform.
