Data Analyst - ANA

Amway is seeking a Data Analyst to join their North America Data & Analytics team in Ada, MI. The role involves collaborating with market leadership to analyze data and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Daily tasks include examining both standard and non-standard data, blending quantitative and qualitative information, and crafting compelling narratives that connect various business activities to recommendations. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics or related fields, along with a BA/BS degree in Business, Statistics, or Computer Science. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as well as familiarity with SQL, relational data structures, and business intelligence tools, including Tableau or similar software. The position is primarily in-office from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights and have a knack for storytelling through data.
