Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will play a key part in building and strengthening our organization by identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent. You will work collaboratively with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide candidate feedback, and facilitate interview scheduling Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions across the organization Prepare recruitment reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize hiring processes Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documentation and pre-hire requirements are completed Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruitment team members on best practices and recruitment procedures Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and employee information 8+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition and recruitment with Master's in Human Resources Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar professional networking tools Solid understanding of employment laws, hiring regulations, and recruitment compliance requirements in India Experience in recruitment strategy development and employer branding initiatives Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously We are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote, as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company.
