UX Researcher

Clair is seeking a UX Researcher to join their remote team, focusing on enhancing their digital banking platform aimed at providing financial freedom to workers. In this role, you will be responsible for building and evolving Clair's user research foundation, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Data teams. Your daily tasks will include conducting various types of research, such as usability testing and customer discovery, to derive actionable insights from user feedback. The ideal candidate should have experience in researching users within fintech or financial services, as well as a strong understanding of the emotional aspects of financial decision-making. Familiarity with product design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma, is also required, as you will work alongside designers to evaluate and test concepts. This position is suited for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of identifying key research questions and executing the necessary studies. The role is full-time and fully remote, making it accessible to a wide range of applicants.
