Senior People Advisory Specialist

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior People Advisory Specialist to join their team in Armenia. Daily responsibilities include providing guidance on performance management, team dynamics, and career development, as well as managing complex employee cases. The specialist will also analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements, while supporting talent planning and onboarding processes. Candidates should have 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR advisory roles. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building collaborative relationships across the organization. The position is fully remote, allowing flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, including home or designated offices in Yerevan or Gyumri. This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at driving change management initiatives and promoting HR best practices within a dynamic environment. Proficiency in English is expected, given the collaborative nature of the role with local and global teams.
