Horizon Blue Aba is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Medicaid ID for a remote position. The role involves providing high-quality support to children with autism and their families, managing a caseload of 8 to 10 families. BCBAs will work between 15 and 25 hours per week, focusing on clinical decisions tailored to each child's needs. Effective communication is essential, as parents will rely on the BCBA to monitor their child's progress and proactively address any issues. The ideal candidate should be proactive, direct, and view parent relationships as integral to their clinical responsibilities. The company emphasizes collaboration, offering weekly mentorship and involvement in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) placements. This position is suited for BCBAs who are committed to consistent engagement with families and are looking to contribute to a growing team. Candidates must hold the necessary qualifications to practice as a BCBA and possess a Medicaid ID.
