Principal Agile Project Manager

Principal Agile Project Manager (Data & Analytics) Why This Role? We're looking for an experienced Principal Agile Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex Data & Analytics projects for enterprise customers. This is a highly visible client-facing role combining Agile leadership, commercial ownership and project governance to deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with customers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to drive successful project execution from initiation through to operational handover. What You'll Be Doing Leading end-to-end delivery of Data Analytics and Data Warehousing projects Defining project scope, objectives and delivery roadmaps with customers and stakeholders Running Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement and Scrum ceremonies Coaching customers and delivery teams on Agile and Scrum best practice Managing project budgets, forecasts, commercials and change requests Identifying and mitigating project risks, issues and dependencies Producing delivery reporting and communicating progress to senior stakeholders Building strong relationships across customers, internal teams and third-party suppliers Leading cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes Ensuring seamless transition of delivered solutions into BAU or Managed Services support What We're Looking For Essential Proven experience delivering projects within Agile and Scrum environments Strong Scrum Master experience with practical Agile delivery expertise Experience managing project governance, budgets and financial forecasting Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership Strong communication and customer-facing consulting skills Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional delivery teams Experience delivering Data Analytics and/or Data Warehousing projects Strong risk, issue and dependency management experience Desirable Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) AgilePM, Prince2, PMP or other project management qualifications Experience within technology consulting, professional services or managed services environments Experience leading digital transformation initiatives Experience working within complex enterprise customer environments Why This Opportunity Stands Out Lead strategic Data & Analytics initiatives for enterprise customers Combine Agile leadership with commercial and delivery ownership Work directly with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers Influence Agile adoption and delivery best practice across customer engagements Exposure to complex, business-critical transformation programmes Opportunity to shape successful outcomes from project inception through to operational support Hybrid working model with client-facing engagement and delivery leadership responsibilities At Telefónica Tech, we believe inclusion is the bridge that empowers everyone to be their authentic selves.
