Manager, GTM Analytics

Zapier is seeking a Manager for their newly established GTM Analytics team, which serves as the central analytics hub for various departments including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations. In this role, the manager will oversee a team of analysts responsible for delivering insights that enhance decision-making and create self-service analytics resources. Daily tasks will involve managing funnel reporting, campaign performance analysis, sales and support metrics, and responding to urgent inquiries from executives. Candidates should possess strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of analytics, with experience in sales, marketing, revenue analytics, finance, or investment banking being advantageous. The position requires a hands-on approach to analytics, including the ability to tackle complex business questions and provide clear recommendations under pressure. This role is remote and is suitable for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for analytics. The ideal candidate will also have a strong grasp of statistical concepts and be comfortable guiding experimentation and forecasting efforts.
