We operate two flagship media brands: The Gitakits / Repat Riarch — a biographical YouTube channel featuring in-depth documentary stories about entrepreneurs, cultural figures, and public personalities shaping the Armenian world. Episodes run 60 minutes to 2+ hours, with separate channels in three languages. GOOYQ — Armenia's first independent media dedicated to the real estate and investment market, combining a digital magazine, YouTube show, and active social media presence across all major platforms. We don't serve algorithms — we build cultural code. Our audience is engaged, loyal, and financially capable, spanning the Armenian diaspora (US, EU, Russia, MENA), returnees and relocatees, and Yerevan's urban professional class. We are a small, creative team that takes editorial independence seriously, works only with brands aligned with our values, and holds ourselves to a high standard of factual, objective content.
