Aviation Business Development Manager

Drive Aviation business development in Hong Kong. Develop relationships with airlines, MROs, aerospace manufacturers, aviation suppliers, and leasing companies. Manage and grow assigned aviation accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Lead customer engagement, RFQs, solution development, and contract negotiations. Act as the subject matter expert for aviation logistics and critical shipment management. Collaborate with global and regional aviation teams to develop industry-specific solutions. University graduate with 5+ years of experience in aviation logistics, freight forwarding, airline cargo, MRO logistics, or aerospace supply chain management. Strong understanding of: - Aviation industry ecosystem - Aircraft Engine, AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and critical spare parts logistics flow - Aviation cargo compliance and operational requirements - Time-critical and multimodal transportation solutions Established relationships and network within: - MRO organizations - Airlines and aviation service providers - Aerospace OEMs and suppliers Proven track record in business development and account growth within the aviation sector.
