About the Role BrightPath Consumer Research is seeking an organized, curious Insights Coordinator to support research that helps teams understand customer needs, behaviors, and preferences. You will coordinate research projects, organize findings, and help turn data into clear insights that inform business decisions. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who enjoys asking questions, working with data, and keeping projects moving. What You’ll Do - Coordinate research schedules, participant recruitment, and project logistics. - Help prepare surveys, interview guides, and research materials. - Review survey responses and research data for accuracy and completeness. - Organize customer feedback and identify recurring themes. - Assist with basic data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets. - Create charts, presentations, and summaries that communicate findings clearly. - Maintain research documentation, project trackers, and an insights repository. - Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to support research needs. What You’ll Bring - 1–2 years of experience in research, analytics, marketing, project coordination, or a related field. Relevant internships count. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Comfort working with spreadsheets and interpreting basic data. - Clear written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Interest in consumer behavior and using research to solve business problems. Nice to Have - Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey. - Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods. - Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
