Key Responsibilities Perform thorough cosmetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Administer cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers Perform or assist with aesthetic procedures such as: Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin® Dermal fillers Microneedling PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments Chemical peels Laser treatments (based on training and state regulations) Skin rejuvenation procedures Medical-grade skincare consultations Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and skincare regimens Maintain detailed treatment documentation and photography records Cultivate long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care Participate in practice marketing initiatives and patient engagement efforts Assist in growing the aesthetic division and expanding cosmetic service offerings The successful candidate will be: Patient-centered and relationship-driven Comfortable discussing aesthetic goals and treatment options Entrepreneurial in mindset and excited to grow a personal patient base Collaborative and team-oriented Detail-oriented with a commitment to exceptional outcomes Dedicated to continuous education and mastering new technologies and techniques Required Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current NP certification and state licensure (or ability to obtain) Prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, or a related specialty Strong interpersonal and consultation skills Professional and polished bedside manner Passion for aesthetics and patient satisfaction Preferred Experience with cosmetic injectables including neuromodulators and fillers Experience with laser procedures, microneedling, PRP, and chemical peels Existing aesthetic patient following Strong understanding of facial anatomy and cosmetic treatment planning Social media and patient education experience Interest in helping grow an aesthetic practice Why Integrated Dermatology?
