Talent Acquisition Specialist

Milies is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. What you will do: Organize and optimize the recruitment process to achieve the best results, Create and update job descriptions, to reflect position requirements together with hiring managers, Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including pre-screening candidates, assessments, skills testing, and interviews with Hiring managers and different stakeholders. If you have: Good understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures Good understanding of IT industry, with a willingness to learn Discretion and trustworthiness: as you will often be party to confidential information Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in English and Armenian languages
