C# developer Pre-Trade

Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 4 days onsite/week) Visa Sponsorship: Talan does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas. We are seeking a talented Senior C# Developer to join our team and work on Global Markets Pre-Trade IT projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C# and be passionate about building and evolving trading and pricing platforms for fixed income and derivatives businesses. Role and responsibilities Design, develop, and ship features on an in-house platform covering bond booking, pricing, electronic trading, and TRACE reporting across fixed income and rates products Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and fellow developers across New York and international teams Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the team's delivery process Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, including specs, user guides, and deployment procedures Provide ongoing support and maintenance, resolving production issues and implementing enhancements as they come up #LI-KC1 10+ years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in C# Solid understanding of fixed income products, interest rate swaps, and related trading and risk management workflows Experience working in or closely with a front-office environment Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira (Scrum or Kanban) Strong communicator who can work effectively across technical and business teams Company’s Benefits At Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including: 💵 Competitive salary between USD $120,000 - US$145,000 💸401(k) retirement plan with company matching 🌴15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out) 📴8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year ❤️‍🩹Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA 🦺Voluntary STD and LTD 🚍 Commuter/transit benefits All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
