Head of PR and Influencer Marketing

TCF, a crowdfunding and e-commerce marketing agency based in Armenia, is seeking a Head of PR and Influencer Marketing for a permanent position. This role involves leading both PR and influencer marketing strategies, requiring a strong background in one area while being capable of developing the other. Daily responsibilities include setting strategic direction, managing team performance, and ensuring operational efficiency across both sectors. The successful candidate will oversee client portfolios, develop service standards, and identify synergies between PR and influencer marketing efforts. They will also manage team members, establish performance metrics, and ensure alignment with other departments. The ideal applicant should have 5 to 6 years of marketing experience in international companies, particularly in PR or influencer marketing. Proficiency in English is expected, and the role is office-based. This position is suited for individuals who excel in leadership and are adept at driving results in a dynamic environment.
