Recruiting Consultant - Must Reside in Wisconsin

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Consultant to join our team. This role requires a proactive recruiter with proven experience in cold-calling passive candidates, building strong pipelines, and successfully filling roles across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at reaching the ideal candidate, is a team player, and has a strong ability to engage passive candidates. Key Responsibilities: Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting technologies. Conduct candidate outreach through multiple channels, including cold calling, email, and social media. Collaborate closely with team members to understand job requirements and talent needs. Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit. Utilize our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) and other tools to track and manage candidates efficiently. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely communication and expert guidance on interview prep, market trends, and career alignment. Handle a high-volume candidate pipeline across multiple sourcing channels to maintain a steady flow of qualified talent. Prioritize and organize your daily schedule effectively to ensure steady progress on all assigned positions Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment. Write job descriptions and phone interview templates for assigned positions. A BA or associate degree is preferred, plus 5+ years of experience Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment and engaging talent through cold calls. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for sourcing and outreach. Strong ability to assess candidates and conduct structured interviews. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Team player – ability to initiate communication with team members. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and systems while adapting to shifting priorities. Proficient with MS Office 365 Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Why Join Us?
