Customer Service Agent Scandinavia

PERGOLUX, an expanding e-commerce company in the Home & Garden sector, is seeking a Customer Service Agent for its DACH team in Berlin. The position requires at least three years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce, along with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is essential for effective customer interaction. The role involves a hybrid work model, with 80% on-site and 20% remote work, and may require occasional evening and weekend shifts.
