Microsoft 365 Office Support Specialist (m/f/d)- Frankfurt a.M./Hybrid

This position within the Modern Collaboration business unit involves diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services. The role requires ensuring the stable and high-performance operation of these platforms while developing sustainable solutions for clients. Daily tasks include analyzing incidents and service requests, performing troubleshooting, and documenting best practices. You will collaborate closely with first-level support and escalate matters to third-level or consulting teams when necessary. Additionally, the job involves supporting changes, rollouts, and smaller optimization projects while contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes. Candidates need strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and OneDrive. Experience in analyzing and fixing problems within Microsoft 365 applications is essential, along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365. The employer seeks individuals with a background in IT through professional experience, a degree, or vocational training. Prior support experience, particularly in enterprise environments, is highly desirable. Applicants must demonstrate a structured and independent working style, good communication skills, and quick comprehension abilities. Language requirements include C2 level proficiency in German, both spoken and written, as well as at least B2 level English.
