A.M.P GROUP is seeking a full-time Store Manager for their retail locations in Yerevan, representing well-known brands such as Carpisa, Geox, ECCO, Clarks, and Timberland. The role involves assisting sales consultants in enhancing their sales skills, providing product selection advice to customers, and ensuring the availability of required stock. The manager will also oversee the proper arrangement of price tags and participate in company training sessions. Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets will need to be planned, and motivating staff to achieve or exceed these targets is essential. Candidates should have experience in management, preferably in a branded retail environment, and possess at least a higher education or incomplete higher education. Proficiency in Russian and English is required, along with strong communication skills and a good command of MS Office, particularly Excel. The position is suitable for individuals with excellent organizational abilities, a proactive approach, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
