This position is an entry level maintenance position. This role will serve as a primary resource on preventive and demand maintenance activities within their current skill set while supporting Senior technicians with more advanced tasks.
Responsibilities
Adhere to Abbvie’s Code of Business Conduct
Understands and follows all GMP and Safety regulations
Work with Sr Level Technicians across several areas of Maintenance to build a diverse, multi-craft foundation for their career in the Skilled Trades with the intent of building skills and developing into a higher-level Technician.
Perform Preventive and Demand Maintenance activities, support Predictive Maintenance activities.
Vocational training to increase skill set and knowledge across multiple maintenance functions.

Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.
Must be able to become aseptic gown certified.
HS diploma with 0+ yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate. Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to Industrial Maintenance desired.
Mechanical experience preferred
Electrical experience preferred
Industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and set-up (preferred)
Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
