Plumber

Follow sign-in and sign-out procedures for master cards, keys, mobile phones, ladders, and equipment. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) in guest rooms, apartments, and assigned areas. Attend promptly to plumbing requests from guest rooms, apartments, and the RSM system. Inspect, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, taps, valves, and water heaters. Take and record plant room readings at the required intervals. Complete PPM checklists accurately and carry out maintenance according to the approved schedule. Perform scheduled maintenance on sump pumps, booster pumps, water heaters, and pressure-reducing valves (PRVs). Conduct regular plant room inspections and keep work areas clean, tidy, and accessible. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe working procedures. Report hazards, defective equipment, misuse of resources, and water or energy wastage. Record monthly water meter readings and support water and energy conservation initiatives. Update maintenance records and ensure assigned PPM tasks in Side Kick are completed within schedule. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. High school certificate or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in plumbing is preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant plumbing experience, preferably in facilities management, building maintenance, or hospitality. Experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, valves, pumps, and water heaters. Ability to read plumbing drawings and follow technical instructions. Competent in using plumbing tools, equipment, and materials safely. Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and health and safety requirements. Good communication, active listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing; an additional language is an advantage. Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Physically capable of prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
