Senior Manager, Sourcing & Procurement

Acorns is looking for a Senior Manager in Sourcing & Procurement to lead its sourcing and purchasing efforts across all third-party expenditures. This role involves managing the entire category strategy, vendor relationships, and workflow operations, while collaborating with various departments such as Finance, IT, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure operational efficiency and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the existing third-party management program, which includes planning, evaluation, contracting, and lifecycle management of engagements. Candidates should possess strong skills in vendor management and strategic sourcing, along with a solid understanding of procurement processes. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements, although there is optional office space available in Irvine, CA.
