Senior System Analyst - Payments

Responsibilities:
Analyze business scenarios and product requirements; communicate with international partners and customers
Design new features and create functional specifications
Evaluate backward compatibility of product changes and align requirements with stakeholders
Drive end-to-end feature implementation
Break down requirements into development tasks and coordinate implementation details
Collaborate with external providers (e.g., payment processors, service providers)
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and technical writers
Validate implemented features against specifications; perform acceptance testing
Develop test plans and test scenarios, including edge cases (e.g., data migration, invalid data, high load)
Support maintenance activities, including handling support requests and verifying bug fixes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in system analysis and writing functional specifications
3+ years of experience in payment processing and third-party integrations
Strong experience writing functional documentation in English
Experience working closely with developers and business users
Experience in acceptance testing and test scenario creation
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly
Strong prioritization skills and results-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in project management
Experience with ERP system implementation or support
