Join us. Meet Your Team: Publisher Solutions At adjoe, we turn app publishers' potential into proven revenue. Our Publisher Accounts team combines adjoe’s deep technical expertise with strategic insight to optimize every aspect of creating engaging user experiences that drive monetization. We understand the delicate balance between user engagement and revenue generation, optimizing ad placements for visibility while ensuring a seamless app experience. Our publishers see concrete results: higher ARPDAU, improved retention metrics, and stronger overall user satisfaction and monetization performance. What You Will Do - Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, driving mutual revenue growth and long-term success. - Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through consistent communication across Slack, email, and video calls. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities and maximize results. - Develop and present performance reports, insights, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to partners and internal stakeholders. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Business teams to address partner needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver impactful solutions. - Identify upselling and optimization opportunities to increase partner engagement and revenue potential. - Translate partner feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations that help shape product improvements and strategy. - Take ownership of your portfolio performance, proactively driving initiatives to exceed growth and retention targets. Who You Are - You have 1+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing. - You have a proven track record of growing revenue and expanding accounts, with experience working with Japanese clients being an advantage. - You have a solid understanding of key industry metrics such as CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR, and know how to leverage them to drive performance. - You take full ownership of your work, proactively identifying opportunities and following through with impact. - You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift and agility is key. - You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and present to the partners in regular QBR meetings. - You’re an exceptional communicator and can clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. - Location: Based in Tokyo We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
