AeroDynamics is hiring a full-time Service Engineer in Yerevan, Armenia to support customers with mechatronics and electro-mechanical equipment. The role focuses on diagnosing faults remotely and following cases through to a complete resolution. When an issue needs extra input, the engineer is expected to bring in the relevant internal experts and keep the process moving. This position is suited to someone with a technical engineering background who is comfortable working on customer equipment problems and coordinating across teams. It is not an IT support, software support, or developer role.
