Senior Technical Recruiter, Hardware

AeroVect is hiring a remote Senior Technical Recruiter, Hardware to help grow its team as the company expands its autonomy-based ground handling business. The role focuses on finding and attracting technical hardware candidates, building a strong hiring pipeline, and working closely with the founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter. It also involves using different sourcing methods to reach talent and supporting a positive candidate experience. This position is suited to someone with at least five years of recruiting experience, a strong background in technical hardware hiring, and familiarity with ATS tools and fast-growing startups.

In this role, you’ll help us build a world-class team as we scale AeroVect to some of the world’s largest airports. You will - Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market. - Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies. - Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates - Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience. - Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.). You Have - 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent - A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical hardware talent - Bonus: Recruiting in robotics and/or autonomy - Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS - Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups
