Senior AI Data Analyst

AirOps is seeking a Senior AI Data Analyst to join their team in either New York City or San Francisco. In this role, you will focus on developing reliable data models and ensuring data quality while transforming raw data into analytical datasets. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analyses across various teams, such as Product, Finance, and Go-To-Market, to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations. You will also create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to senior leadership and collaborate with the Customer Experience team to connect data to business outcomes. The position requires proficiency in AI tools and a strong analytical mindset, with an emphasis on metric definitions and documentation.
