Accounts Payable Accountant (Remote)

Alchemy is seeking a remote Accounts Payable Accountant to join its Finance team. In this role, you will manage daily accounts payable tasks, which include processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and providing vendor support. You will be responsible for reviewing and coding vendor invoices using tools like Zip and NetSuite, while also preparing payment batches for approval and monitoring deadlines. The position requires strong attention to detail, dependability, and proactive communication skills. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the procure-to-pay process and troubleshoot any issues that arise. While the role is primarily remote, occasional travel to the company's headquarters in San Francisco will be necessary, particularly during onboarding.
