Ascend Resident – In-House Immigration Leader

Alma is hiring a remote Ascend Resident to take a leading role in its in-house immigration community for one month at a time. The person in this paid position will plan and run a webinar, host an in-person sponsored event, share several original insights, create a practical resource, and keep peer discussion moving. Alma provides production and event support, and the residency comes with an $8,000 honorarium for about 5 to 10 hours of work per week. The role is aimed at experienced in-house immigration and global mobility professionals who oversee programs, compliance, vendors, stakeholders, and employee experience, and who can bring informed, original perspective to the field.
