ALO is looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee transportation operations in a dynamic e-commerce and retail setting in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves managing domestic transportation strategies, focusing on full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) movements to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency. Daily responsibilities include executing transportation strategies, monitoring operational metrics, and addressing service failures or escalations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of parcel and truckload carriers, as well as experience with logistics shipping tools and carrier portals for effective execution and reporting. The position requires continuous analysis of route efficiency and cost metrics to enhance productivity. This is an on-site role, requiring presence five days a week, making it suitable for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.
