As part of the progressive deployment of a new project management tool (named LINK) within the company, our small team is looking to reinforce its capacity with a Product Owner Intern .
You will join a small, collaborative team and actively contribute to shaping and improving the tool to better support our users and business needs.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to Product Discovery , Product Development , and Performance Monitoring , in close interaction with multiple stakeholders.
Your Missions
1. Product Discovery
You will work closely with internal stakeholders of the LINK tool to identify opportunities for improvement and value creation:
Meet with users and stakeholders to identify pain points, usage issues, and unmet needs
Prepare and facilitate discovery workshops to co-create solution evolutions
Analyse and prioritise the needs based on business value and user impact
2. Product Development
You will actively participate in the end-to-end delivery of new features:
Contribute to need expression and functional specifications (userstories)
Support backlog refinement and prioritisation
Collaborate with development teams throughout the implementation phase
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new features
3. Performance Monitoring & Tool Optimisation
To improve the efficiency and usability of the tool, you will:
Define and analyse actions performed by Project Leaders and consultants within the tool
Map and connect these actions into end-to-end user journeys
Estimate the time required for each task
Identify bottlenecks, time-consuming steps, or complex processes
Analyse findings to propose optimisation opportunities through a clear and structured report that will contribute to define the global strategy of the tool.
4. Team upskilling
Beyond product activities, you will also support the team by:
Assisting in writing documentation (user guides, onboarding and guiding materials)
Contributing to user awareness and upskilling activities
Supporting customer/user assistance and adoption initiatives
You are pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or Management and looking for an internship
You're passionate about addressing business challenges through innovative technological solution
You are curious, self-motivated, and have high standards for the quality of your work
You have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively in English
Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, from developers to project directors
