Order Management Coordinator

Amplify is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to work remotely in a full-time capacity. This role involves monitoring, reconciling, and processing incoming purchase orders to ensure timely service for customers. The coordinator will be responsible for accurate data entry into Salesforce, the company’s customer relationship management system, and will communicate order information across various departments. Daily tasks include validating new and renewal customer orders, maintaining order data consistency, and resolving discrepancies related to pricing and contracts. The position requires strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach, as the coordinator will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Partner Success teams. The ideal candidate should possess experience in order management or a related field, along with proficiency in Salesforce.
