Strategic Sourcer – Fulfillment - Brazil

Appen is seeking a Strategic Sourcer for its Fulfillment team, focusing on sourcing specialized talent for complex AI projects. This remote role involves collaborating with the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to project requirements. Daily tasks include designing creative approaches to identify contributors, utilizing various networks and channels, and adapting strategies based on evolving needs. The position requires strong research and problem-solving abilities, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with sourcing data and metrics to enhance decision-making is essential. While not mandatory, experience in sourcing for AI, data, or language-related projects is advantageous. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a data-informed environment and are adept at leveraging technology to improve sourcing efficiency.
