Web Designer

Applaudo is looking for a Web Designer to shape digital products from early ideas through to polished designs ready for development. The role involves turning product needs, user expectations, and brand direction into clear, attractive interfaces that work well across different devices and screen sizes. It also includes creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design handoff materials, while keeping work aligned with existing design systems and brand standards. The advert names strong skills in visual hierarchy, typography, color, composition, spacing, layout, usability, and accessibility, as well as close collaboration with product, UX, engineering, and other stakeholders. Advanced Figma knowledge is specifically requested, including components, variants, Auto Layout, styles, libraries, and interactive prototypes. A bachelor’s degree in a design-related subject is preferred, or equivalent experience, along with at least 4 years in web, UI, visual, or digital experience design. The job is remote and full-time. It suits a designer with a strong portfolio, a careful eye for detail, and the ability to keep complex digital experiences consistent and visually strong.
