Retail Assistant - RM Condor, Arbroath, DD11 3SJ Zero Hour Contract | Working As and When Required | £12.71 Per Hour We are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join our team at RM Condor, Arbroath, DD11 3SJ . As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the retail outlet. What's in it for you? £12.71 per hour Zero hour contract Flexible working opportunities Work available as and when required Access to our Employee Benefits app, including online GP access, Employee Assistance Programme, discounts, supermarket savings and more Apprenticeship schemes available Life assurance and pension scheme Training and development opportunities Career progression within a global organisation Supportive and inclusive working environment What you'll be doing Delivering excellent customer service to all customers Operating tills and handling cash transactions accurately Processing card payments and maintaining till records Replenishing stock and ensuring displays are well presented Undertaking stock rotation to maintain product quality and availability Assisting with deliveries and stock checks Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the retail environment Following all health & safety and company procedures Supporting the wider team with day-to-day retail operations Previous retail, catering, hospitality, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Cash handling and till operation experience would be advantageous Reliable and flexible approach to work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service Good attention to detail and organisational skills Successful candidates will be required to obtain BPSS clearance and Disclosure Scotland clearance prior to commencing employment.
