The role involves managing the company's legal operations, which includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents. The successful candidate will provide legal support for real estate transactions and handle corporate legal matters while ensuring compliance with Armenian laws. Additionally, the Lawyer will represent the company before government authorities and assess legal risks, offering recommendations as needed. Candidates should possess a university degree in Law and have a strong understanding of Armenian civil legislation, as well as knowledge in real estate and corporate law. Proficiency in Armenian is essential, with good communication skills in Russian and English also required. The position demands strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, along with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
