Head of store (CAVE Gourmet Food and Wine)

ArtLife Property Management is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Head of Store to run the CAVE Gourmet Food and Wine shop in central Yerevan. The role covers day-to-day store management, staff supervision, supplier coordination, stock control, and the movement of wine and spirits to hotel outlets, while keeping operations organised and customer service at a high level. It also involves monitoring performance, supporting sales, and handling VIP and more complex customer needs. This position would suit someone with strong retail leadership skills, a focus on premium products, and the ability to manage both commercial and operational work.
