Engineering Manager - Canada

Ashby is hiring a remote Engineering Manager for Canada to help expand its engineering team as the company grows. The role is for an experienced former engineer who has already built strong products and now leads and develops engineers, with an initial remit of managing three to five people and hiring several more. The manager will work with the company’s engineering leaders to support a culture that gives engineers a lot of ownership, while coaching on product and technical decisions and helping teams improve scope and quality. This position should suit someone who enjoys scaling teams, mentoring engineers, and working in a fast-growing product company.
