IT-Consultant (m|w|d)

This position involves guiding clients through complex IT projects and transformation initiatives, with a specific focus on the Microsoft ecosystem. Daily responsibilities include capturing and structuring technical requirements, assessing their feasibility, and developing tailored solution strategies in close collaboration with technical experts. You will participate in all project phases, from initial analysis to final implementation, while also moderating workshops with various stakeholders and decision-makers. Additionally, the role requires creating decision-making documents, proposals, and presentations, as well as utilizing modern AI tools to support research and structuring tasks. The ideal candidate holds a degree in computer science, business informatics, or business administration, or possesses comparable qualifications. At least three years of professional experience in IT, project management, or digitalization is mandatory. Strong analytical thinking, structured and independent work habits, and excellent communication and moderation skills are essential for success. A high affinity for IT and a pragmatic, hands-on approach are also key attributes. Candidates must demonstrate very good German language skills, both written and spoken, at a minimum C1 level.
