Healthcare Advocate

Baba is hiring a remote Healthcare Advocate to help seniors, caregivers, and families make sense of healthcare and aging-related needs. The role involves building supportive relationships, identifying practical and personal barriers to care, and helping people connect with services and understand medical guidance. It is a contract position with a choice of part-time or full-time work, though at least 20 hours a week are required and most of that time must fall within weekday business hours. This job is suited to someone with care advocacy experience who is compassionate, organized, and comfortable supporting patients across medical and social needs.
