Construction Superintendent

Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to join their Industrial Building Group in Little Rock, AR. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of experience in commercial construction, specifically as a Superintendent on projects valued at $20 million or more. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with local safety and health guidelines is required, and candidates must be willing to work overtime, including weekends if necessary.
