Senior Marketing & Strategy Manager (m/w/d) - Seed-Startup | Remote

This position involves managing the company’s entire marketing and growth engine while collaborating directly with the founders on revenue-driving initiatives. Daily responsibilities include scaling paid advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn with six-figure budgets, focusing on conversions and return on ad spend rather than simple clicks. You will also optimize landing pages, funnels, and HubSpot workflows through continuous A/B testing to improve conversion rates. The role requires identifying high-performing paid channels such as Google Ads and TikTok, while establishing robust tracking, attribution, and reporting systems using GA4 and GTM. Additionally, you will automate processes using tools like Make and HubSpot, fix lead conversion bottlenecks, and eventually build a small performance team. Candidates need hands-on experience in performance marketing and growth across multiple channels, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment. Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools is essential, as is the ability to make data-driven decisions based on metrics like CAC and ROAS. Strong skills in automation platforms such as Make or Zapier and experience with lead generation platforms are also required. The role demands very good proficiency in both German and English.
