Senior Product Manager

Blockworks is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their remote team. In this role, you will oversee a significant segment of the product portfolio while managing three other Product Managers. Your daily responsibilities will include developing product strategies based on customer needs and market opportunities, as well as providing guidance and feedback to help your team grow. You will engage closely with customers, including exchanges and institutional investors, to gain insights and identify key problems to address. The position requires strong leadership skills, particularly in setting expectations and fostering product ownership among your team. A focus on continuous development and collaboration with Design and Engineering is essential, as you will break down larger projects into manageable releases. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building products and has experience managing other Product Managers. This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about enhancing product processes and strategies.
