Botim is seeking a Senior QA Engineer specializing in backend processes for their operations in Tbilisi, Georgia, with relocation support available. The role involves testing comprehensive lending workflows, which encompass applications, approvals, disbursements, repayments, and collections. Daily tasks include designing and maintaining automation for APIs, integration, and regression testing using Python or Java, as well as validating backend microservices and databases. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with over five years of QA experience focused on backend, API, and integration testing, particularly in lending or banking sectors. Proficiency in Python (pytest) or Java, SQL, and familiarity with REST APIs and CI/CD pipelines are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, and fluency in English is necessary for effective communication. This position is suitable for individuals with a solid background in high-volume, transaction-intensive backend systems and those experienced in testing credit scoring and risk policies. The working arrangement is onsite or hybrid.
