Bouvet ASA is looking for experienced Java/Kotlin developers for its Bergen office. The role involves working in multidisciplinary teams on modern applications and taking part in the full development cycle, from understanding needs and design through to development, operations, and ongoing improvement. The company works closely with customers in both the public and private sectors, including energy, aquaculture, healthcare, industry, and critical services. This position suits someone with at least five years of experience, a higher education degree in a relevant technical field, and strong skills in Java or Kotlin. Experience with API design and integrations is important, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, domain-driven design, microservices, and secure development is an advantage.
