Builder/Architect/Engineer Expert Consultant (Part-Time Contractor)

Brain Co. is looking for a part-time consultant to help improve its AI permitting product for regulated industries. The role is remote and suited to experienced homebuilders, developers, architects, or engineers who have handled permitting work and can advise on how real workflows operate. The consultant will review the product with the company’s product and go-to-market teams, test it against real permit packages, and point out where it misses the mark or would need to fit better into practice. The commitment is at least two hours a week for three to four months, with the possibility of continuing longer.
